Kathy has arranged for a food preservation class to be held Saturday August 9th by Jennifer Bridge, the Extension Agent for Family & Consumer Sciences at the Brandenburg (Meade County) Extension Office.

Directions to her office:

Take Gene Snyder Freeway, West all the way to the end. Take Dixie Hwy (31W South) to Hwy 1638 in Muldraugh. Take a Right onto 1638, go all the way to the end. Take a Right onto 448 and stay straight until you see First Federal Savings Bank on your left. Take a left at the bank, you will be on Old Ekron Road. Go about 1 mile and the extension office is a brick building on your left.

Take Hwy 64 West to the Corydon Exit (105), take a right at the end of the exit ramp and head south on IN Hwy 135. Follow this for 15+ miles. Cross over the Matthew Welsh Ohio River Bridge into Brandenburg, KY. Stay on this road and go to the 4^th light. Take a left onto Old Ekron Road (you’ll see the Pennzoil place on your left and Domino’s on your right). Go down Old Ekron Road about 1 mile and the Extension office is a brick building on your right.
